They have already given the answer, I think they will figure out the difference
That being said, we do not rule out to model both winglet types in the future but right now the focus is on getting the aircraft finished and add these smaller differences later.

Small details, at least for me, don't matter much, and if it is in fact a real-life configuration, what's wrong with having it in the simulator even if you don't equip a certain paint job? It's something almost imperceptible.

Sure but then would you agree that having a finished and interactive cockpit is more important than just the sharklets?
I think an example that is sufficient to illustrate the fact, but not very friendly, is that RFS's plane can also fly, but it doesn't have a good appearance. Would you call it a simulator and love it as much as you love Aerofly?

The only conflict I can think of is that there is not enough time to manufacture the cockpit and then manufacture the wingtips

just a general inquiry, since the a350-1000 will be in sim could this mean we will get the -900 later down the line as we are starting to see more aircraft of the same family being incorporated into the sim which i think is brilliant such as the a320, 737 and soon 777 family?

Here is a small teaser of the new MFD checklist page in the A350 (WIP). So yes, it will have electronic checklists just like the A380, but they are in a different location, the MFD not the ECAM this time. It's easier to use in my opinion, because the buttons are on-screen and not all the way back aft of the thrust levers.
