Controller PTF-PUMA - inactive buttons

For helicopter flying I use the controller "PFT-PUMA" in the version "A-style PUMA X", which basically works very well.

Unfortunately I can't activate some buttons and I hope IPACS can help me (the PDF contains the figures with the names):

• 21, 22, 23, 24:
  - can be seen in the FS 4 controller menu but are not operated by the controller
  - can be assigned manually in gc-main.mcf but are not operated by the controller
• 25, 26 (= Zone 2 of buttons 5 and 6):
  - are not visible in the FS 4 controller menu
  - can be assigned manually in gc-main.mcf but are not operated by the controller
• 27-30, 31 (= Pitch, right Hat):
  - are not visible in the FS 4 controller menu
  - can be assigned manually in gc-main.mcf but are not operated by the controller
• 32 (= Pitch, left Hut):
  - are not visible in the FS 4 controller menu
  - can be assigned manually in gc-main.mcf but are not operated by the controller
• 33-36, 37 (= Stick, bottom Hat):
  - are not visible in the FS 4 controller menu
  - can be assigned manually in gc-main.mcf but are not operated by the controller

On Macs, the drivers are more integrated than on Windows, but at the moment I have no idea where in the system I could look.
