there are two types of engines IAE and CFM, this changes depending on the livery you choose

The A321 and A320 both have the CFM 56 engines which sound similar in the real world at the same physical rotation speeds.
The A321 also has the IAE V2500 which sounds different which you can activate by selecting a livery with that engine as seen in the preview.

How to distinguish between types of engines: CFM - Thrust set depends on N1 value. IAE - Thrust set depends EPR value (just check Engine parameters then you will get it) Also IAE more longer that CFM
