What's the reason for the Reset MCP Alt message after takeoff? There was an altitude limit of 3000A and I still get that message even if I pass 3000ft by manual flight at the beginning.

Reset MCP alt is shown when you are close to your top of descent and in VNAV mode with the MCP altitude still at cruise level. Then the caution is shown to the pilot to reduce the altitude so that the aircraft starts descending at the top of descent automatically. Check that you have entered a valid cruise altitude and that this altitude is also shown in the navigation menu in Aerofly FS.
