Problem moving game to second monitor

My problem is that I can't move the game in full screen to my second monitor, I'm not trying to do multi-monitor, just one screen. The command
Win+shit+right arrow doesn't work.

When in windowed mode you can drag the window, but as soon as I assign full screen it returns to the first monitor.

Yes, it goes to the monitor assigned as primary, but it's really still the same.
