I have brought the Sim just like an hour ago
And I can't get the gear to go to the off position
Is this an issue or the gear to off position is not implemented?

I don’t know much about the 737-900. But I think this topic has come up already and IPACS I believe said: Its not worth to model it because it doesn’t do anything in the sim that’s nescessary
It is confusing to many customers, they expect the gear to come down when you use it and not go into some intermediate state. That's why the landing gear off position is not simulated.

Why do you think people don't know that? It's also on the checklist, but it's unreal that the landing gear is not off at over 30000 ft🤣🤣 But as always, do as you please lol I wouldn't expect landing gear off position either
Here’s my Idea: Tap it once goes to “off” position, tap it twice for the LG to come down.
The real world is worth simulating, people are not all that unable to work things out.
The logic is obvious when the gear is up and the lever is centred, the next operation has to be gear down. Have users ever said ‘I’m too stupid for all this complicated flying stuff, please hide it’?
Ok. I prefer it to be realistic but if this was an setting that will be better.

But it's a simulator, right? There are far more complex things on the sim than the 737's landing gear being able to be on the off position
The user interface on mobile just shows up or down and a single push of that button or any assigned gear button needs to toggle the gear between up and down to avoid any confusion. I could make it so that the gear lever can be clicked in the virtual cockpit to set the gear to the intermediate position. But even that might be confusing to some users.

Maybe the off position could be avalaible only on PC?

The aircraft are identical between PC and mobile, so no. And on PC there are also many users who fly with a controller or in VR, keep that in mind.
