    Starting from the video, they flicker alternately, but at the end of the video for 14-15 seconds,

    their flicker frequency becomes consistent again, and then within the 16th second, the frequency is different again.

    This indicates that their actual frequencies are different. At a certain moment, the fast flickering light frequency catches up with the slow flickering light frequency and reaches a brief simultaneous flicker. If their frequencies are exactly the same and flicker alternately, then they will never be on the same frequency
