Also would flap, gear and APU sounds be possible to add to the 777 family in future?

I'd like that one day, although I'd love to see a commercial midsize widebody soon. (although a 777-200ER is still quite large)

For the 777F, I do hope to see an AF Cargo and Aerologic livery.

Also something I'd love to see eventually…

And yes, even if it's an -ER that happens to have GE90s. A MoM widebody is needed.

    1) what even is the difference between the LR and ER 777-200s in terms of visual appearance? Surely there’s nothing noticeable on the exterior, same length fuselage etc. maybe changed landing gear to accommodate heavier TOW due to the longer range nature of the 772LR.
    2) a what widebody?

    1. Pretty sure the only difference is the wing tips are angled at the end of the LR

    2. I think MoM is middle of market, which I don’t think the 777 would really cover if the 767 exists :P

    2) a what widebody?

    1) The -LRs have a much wider wingspan (same wings as 777F and 77W) and revised landing gear to cope with the additional weight from the auxiliary fuel tanks. For the -ERs, they lack raked wingtips and have a wingspan approximately 12ft smaller. In Delta's case, their -ERs had Rolls Royce engines as well, but I'd like to see a Delta 772 in any form.

    2) Middle of market: (i.e. larger than a 7M9, smaller than a 78X)

An A330-300 would patch this void far better but a 772 would still suffice. The A350-1000 is far too monstrous to cover such a gap.

Looking forward to loosely simulate this in the new update:

Will bleed air sounds and perhaps the hydraulic whine (generally heard around main landing gear during sharper turns) be included?

    Hey mate, welcome aboard.

IPACS usually doesn’t give dates for their updates.

It probably will, but we never know. When they say something is coming out soon it is because its very soon but we never know the exact date :)

Internally the 777-300ER already has the same sounds but I'm not sure if they will be updated together with the release of the 777F.

Will the sound improvements mentioned in the Blog be implemented in the -300ER? And the APU sound, will it be made available to the -300ER and B787? Maybe even the 747
