• Why is this plane useless? This statement is bullshit. The other planes are not 100% perfect either. Some people are never satisfied with anything 🤦

That's the harsh reality of creating a product that masses consume: you will never satisfy everyone

I agree but I think if they’re making an aircraft at least do it properly or put that time into improving the app instead of adding a pointless aircraft. But either way it’s still appreciated!

While I can see why people think this update was pointless, it's a good thing they're doing it in my opinion. It adds more subtle variety in case someone wanted to fly a specific aircraft (ex: people who wanted the a321 like me, or how everyone keeps talking about the 737-800 for the future).

The fact that they're able to release a new variant each month will be beneficial to the game in the long run. Coupling that with the addition of new aircraft like the a350 which also may have different variants will add a lot to the game.

Don’t get me wrong I completely agree with you but my point is when they added the 321 the basically completed the Airbus as they added/improved the sounds and features. My argument here was that they basically didn’t add or change anything, the minimum would’ve been adding the flap sounds and improving the engine noise slightly.

Of course, new sounds would have been wonderful and icing on the cake.

  • I’m not a pro but 90% of my landings with any aircraft are smooth or butter, except for the 777. For some reason at about 60 feet the aircraft just wants to drop out of the air. No it’s not a late flare or no flare issues, I’ve tried increasing the approach speed, I sometimes even start flaring early a little after 100 feet but you can literally feel the aircraft falling out of the air. Just as an experiment I even tried not cutting power at all while landing and the airplane still falls out of the air. Can you please fix this issues, I’ve become annoyed with the plane now and don’t even want to fly it anymore. :(

No idea, but I can manage well with 147kt, although sometimes it comes out of the damper slightly after touching down. I hope you understand what I mean.

  • For the devs, Jet-Pack (IPACS)

Here are some sounds for the 777-300/777F that could be used to complete the product just a little more (very little background noise):

The first film provides a clear flap sound, while the beginning of the second provides an accurate sound for the bleed air system. (i.e. air conditioning PACKS) The third film is less clear, although it depicts the hydraulic pumps that are used during certain flaperon movements and tighter turns on the 77W where the main landing gear steering is used.

Would it be difficult to add these, or are the recordings clear enough?

  • Dude I’ve tried approach speeds all the way from 147-155kt and everytime the aircraft slams on the ground

Flaps 30? I usually use a VREF of 144 knots with the 77W. I can land at -50fpm consistently with that range. For flaps 25, I usually hover around the 149-152 knot range. Of course, once the thrust automatically retards, I don't "float" to a lower speed, because I prefer to vacate earlier on autobrake 2-3 with reverse credit, so I balance comfort with accuracy. However, each landing could still be classified as a "butter."

Dont set the thrust to idle to early. If you do the ground effect is in fact very extreme, I experienced it myself.

  • I've changed the ground effect on the 777-300ER but this change also is not yet published and is waiting in queue for the next major update.

Do you find the 777F easier to land in comparison? It should have a stronger ground effect and should be easier to land in comparison.

Can you post a video of the new ground effect? I thought the current 777-300ER is perfectly fine and pretty realistic.

No clue man, I do the retard manual. When I feel the plane is going to float so I’m not sure if that the problem🤷‍♂️

I’d have to fly both aircraft to check, because I have flown the 777W inna while on the the F so I’d have to see how it compares

Brother, you're right, seeking truth from facts, I also have a deep understanding, maybe it has something to do with the aerodynamics of the plane model. As a matter of fact, I found that the Boeing series of aircraft models have some of the same problems.
