After the recent December update, trees and foliage at all airports/locations have become corrupted and display like green tower blocks.
I have tried alternating between normal and beta versions, as well as toggling Global Scenery on/off. I’ve even verified the integrity of the game files but it’s still broken.
I am playing on Steam Deck.
Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks
The last SteamDeck update ( by Steam ) seems to have a broken graphics driver. We hope Steam will fix this problem in one of the next updates.
It’s a change from 100% conifers.
I have spoken with Steam (Valve) about the issue but they have said there isn’t an issue with their patch and that the problems are caused by the software/updates of Aerofly 🤷
Any update on this please as the game is unplayable with the current textures. Aside from buildings and aircraft, nothing else is loading correctly.
As per my earlier post, Valve have confirmed that there is no issue with their update and it is something with the Aerofly patch that is likely causing the issue on Steam Deck.
Aerofly on the Steam Deck has the same code as our normal Aerofly FS for Windows and Linux has. So the trees are rendered in the exact same way. We will have to check and see what is broken on the Steam Deck. We might find a work around for this issue, so please give us time to check this.
