Is it possible to change the data stream cache location? I do not have a lot of space left on the C drive.

If I remember correctly there is a setting in the main.mcf file for this. You can find this file in your user documents Aerofly FS 4 folder and edit it with a text editor. The option should be called something like network streaming path or location.
