Reimu: The Intel Irix Xe integrated graphics card do not feature a full Vulkan 1.3 support, that's why you can't select it. Newer versions of Aerofly FS need the 1.3 support. You can post the contents of your tm.log here to double check.
You might be able to get a better 3D driver, but the Intel Iris is a rather old GPU.
