Newbie to FS4 Question - Black Bar at Bottom of Screen?

After a long hiatus (used to love FS2 and even have some cultivation files out there), I purchased today and am LOVING Aerofly FS4!

It is SO smooth, even landing at KLAX - wonderful.

I think I have all my views etc. now figured out but one issue remains - how does one hide the "black bar" along the bottom of the screen so I can have uninterrupted beauty?

It's a black line, bottom of screen, that periodically shows things like "landing gear" etc. with three horizontal lines - I don't need it, and want to hide it?
