The wings do flex but they only oscilate in the first wave order, so the wing tips go up and down and the whole wing flexes smoothly but this is just the first mode. In reality you often see second, third or higher which means the center of the wing may stay the same and only the outward section flexes down during a bumpy landing or in turbulence. This is not yet simulated and I'd love to see this added as well.

I think having subtle bumps in the runway will allow the wings to flutter up and down on the takeoff role which will make the sim more realistic
