The green DES text is the active mode and the blue ALT shows that it's going to capture the selected altitude next.
So far everything is as it should. So what's the issue?

What was your target altitude in the MCDU? The FMA shows that you are in managed decent, and you set 6000ft as the target on the FCU. Normal Behaviour.
The only thing I see wrong in the first picture - You chose 'managed' decent with a very high 'selected' speed

It doesn't seem to reach the height value set by the MCDU (The plane flew to the waypoint, but the altitude did not reach the value set by the MCDU).
Just like what's circled in red on the picture（The waypoint in the image is not accurate, as I forgot to take a screenshot earlier, and this is just an example.）.
Please press a light select key next to that altitude and see if that is just an "at or above" altitude constraint or an "at" constraint.
