I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but as far as I've investigated, if this is missing, in the A320 family the maximum speed at which the flaps can be extended appears with an orange line, in the image the line is at 230 knots, which would be the maximum speed at which 1 degree of flaps can be extended, but in the simulator that line does not appear.
