Pico 4 controllers not recognized

Hi,

My Pico 4 controllers are not recognized in the game. Can you inform me please if this is a compatibility issue?

Hello,

I also use the pico4 with both, virtual desktop and pico connect via wifi and usb.

All I can say is that the controllers work well for me.

So I think there can't be a general compatibility problem with the pico.

Thanks! So If you connect the Pico through USB with SteamVR and Streaming assistant you can see the controllers?

If by "see the controller" you mean that i can see the blue hands in VR like described here:

then yes the controllers work like intended in all variants:

-Pico Streaming Assistant (now Pico Connect) via USB

-Pico Connect via Wifi

-Virtual Desktop via Wifi

In all cases i use Steam VR.

But because you wrote "Streaming Assistant" maybe the problem is you haven't upgraded to "Pico Connect"?
