What approach speed do you use and do you have auto-thrust engaged until around 20ft above ground?
Like in the real world the A380 has a flare law in the fly by wire which tries to prevent a tailstrike. So if you are too slow you will have to pull a lot to even get the tail close to the ground. Otherwise the fly by wire prevents you from doing a tailstrike.

I land at 142 knots, and i start flare at 20ft and i cut thrust i think i do everything ok
But i dont use autothrust

Try flaring earlier, it's a widebody aircraft not an A320 after all. Try to start the flare at 40 or 35 feet or so.

is it okay to start flare at 100ft coming in at -900 FPM and near stall in a A380

These are the great things of Aerofly FS. I am reading this in my iPad. I was curious about the A380 landing and just opened AFS Global and setup a landing and turned on copilot to watch the landing. Beautiful!
