In reality there is a RW27 ILS approach, and in the mobile simulation as well.

ChatGPT is a text generator. It does not know anything, really. And it's particularly bad in aviation questions I feel like, some of the results I got were just plain wrong.

The AEROFLY (dwarf) PAPIs seem to be all set for 3 degree glidepaths. For City airport Jiananlan’s placement of the all white PAPIs at minus 5.5 degrees on the Dash 8’s HUD is just right.
The descent rate kept at ten times the groundspeed works perfectly, see the approach plate. -
