Yeah, I’ve seen this too. I’ve seen this with mountains before, or hills. I’m not sure why this happens either.

It’s probably just errors in the terrain data. Look at Osaka Kansai airport for example

I’m not the creator of this thread, but I’ve had the same issue.
I use IPad9 3gb ram

3 or 4GB are on the low end, please try if reducing the graphics quality settings improves the issue. I'm guessing scenery tiles cannot be loaded anymore because your device's RAM is already full. Try closing all other apps and restarting the device to increase the available RAM.
