The difference between the A350 touchscreen and non-touchscreen

If I choose a non-touchscreen A350 airline in a game, can I still zoom in/out on the A350 screens using the mouse wheel and fingers, or are they just different in appearance in the game, or are their touch functions a complete replica of reality?
