Variometer sound cannot be associated to keys

Hi Jan, I found in some update that:

• Added glider variometer sounds are now adjusted by the optional assistance "auto-cockpit". On the ground the assistance mutes the vario sound automatically and turns the volume back up after the winch launch or when the aircraft is in the air long enough during aerotow.

I used both auto-cockpit on and off options, and in none of the states the Variometer ON OFF key settings can be adjusted, nor with a joystick axis. Could you kindly check it?

Variometer sound is too loud compared with the air sound, so I need to decrease the PC volume when it is activated. Thank you!

Hi Jan, thanks for your answer, in the sound keystroke section, for variometer II tried both, keyboard and usb joystick (pressing the buttons and moving the slider axis). None of them where saved, the field remains blank.

Hi Jan, yes, almost all the others I have tried works well. I assign them to USB joystick buttons, joystick axis or other keystrokes.

The only one I have found that doesn't work to me is the variometer in sounds section. Thanks for the follow up!

Can someone please check if it is possible to assign keys to the variometer volume?

To the devs: the ideal would be we could assign one letter to decrease the volume, and another letter/key combination to increase the volume.

I have installed AFS4 in my gaming pc and in my laptop, and in both computers happens the same, so I guess it is a software issue, I hope this can be improved in the future.
