I just personally think seeing the progress of planes being developed would be really cool. It may also bring more attention to the sim. This of course is not at all needed, but I just think it would be cool to see.
Even though I'd like to show the process more it takes a lot of time away from the actual development. You not only have to do the videos but also reply to questions. And just looking at the forums you them also have to moderate a lot if people get angry if the same questions are asked multiple times.
