Yeah, I do. The 737-900 would not be authentic, a 737-800 and the equivalent MAXs, the 737 ‘-8 200’
and the 737 MAX 10 if released in Aero’ would be preferred. -

I’d love both RyanAir and Tui to be added, even if they’re not authentic for the aircraft. It’s only a game after all.

That’s probably not going to happen since IPACS are going for a more realistic experience. If you want custom liveries for aircraft go for RFS however the experience is nowhere near as good as Aerofly. Or you could wait for the -800 to release so we can get a Ryanair livery which should be an easy task since all they need to do is shorten the airframe and switch around a couple of switches in the cockpit.
