Press the EMER DES button to arm it, a red master warning appears and a red EMER DES ARMED text appears on the PFD. To start the descent just pull the speed brake lever all the way back, that's right next to the EMER DES button.
For the fully automatic emergency descent you need to depressurize the aircraft.

You can turn off both PACKs or both ENG BLEED AIR in the overhead. Currently the fastest way is to set the ditching pushbutton to on.

You can press the red flashing master warning button to mute the warning and also press the CLR button in the pedestal to clear the warning.

The real aircraft only shows "RWY AHEAD" on the PFD and ND. Only in the airport map does it actually show any runway identifier. The audio callout would include the runway identifier but that's not yet implemented.
