Yes, that is an intentional feature, just like the real one. It's called screen "edge bleeding".

IPACS should do a screen lighting rework on the a320 variants.
Becuase sometimes the screens on night looks like they we're copied from default a320 from Msfs 2020 making it less detailed like in irl
