After landing with BTV engaged the callout doesn’t play any more when it disengages why’s that.

Which callout?
Currently the Auto brake off doesn't play below 30kts. If you find a video of the real airplane where it plays at that low speed then please send it to me.

The first couple flights I did the “Autobrake off” audio played like normal but after doing more flights the audio doesn’t play when the Autobrake disengages. It only plays if you set BTV and disengage the autobrake while still in the air.

At which speed did you disengage the autobrake and which method did you use?

I have videos the airplane sometimes slows all the way to about 15kts without the Autobrake disengaging. As of the mode what do you mean
Yes that can be done but does the audio for "auto brake off still play then"?
You can disengage the auto brake with different methods. You can stow the spoilers, press the brake pedals, use the instinktive buttons on the thrust levers, press the A/BRK button, set parking brake (definitely not recommend), push thrust forward, etc. And some of these produce different warnings.

That is intentional behavior. Auto brake medium slows you down to a stop and BTV down to about 10 knots.
Like I said, the auto brake off warning currently does not sound below 30kt, that is intentional. If you can show me a video where the sound is played below 30kt then I can add that in but from what I heard the warning sound isn't active at that speed. Until we have better evidence I can assume it's all correct.
