A380 AT disengagement

Hello IPacs. I don’t know if I’m the only one experiencing this but when flying A380 on approach with loc and appr engaged. When 500ft and I wanna disengage the At from the side sticks, it dosent respond . Wnat could be the problem? Thanks

The auto thrust cannot be disengaged from the side stick, only the autopilot. To disengage the auto thrust is disengaged with the thrust lever takeover buttons. The quickest way in Aerofly right now is to just pull the thrust levers to idle and quickly back up to the desired speed.

Jet pack, I also checked now, the co pilot AP button side stick disengagement is working and clicking but the problem is with the captain side stick AT button not responding
