The A320 NEO family is equivalent of the already existing 737 MAX in game. At this point, the Neo’s should already have been added. These would not be very difficult to add, as it is pretty much the same plane but with different engines, and they look a little different. I’m not saying the Neo’s could just be copy pasted 320s, but I’m saying it’ll be easier than making an entire new plane.

Well yeah, but this is the A320-111, not the A320-214. The -111 is equipped with the CFM56-5A1 engines while the -214 is equipped with the CFM56-5B1 engines. The A1 variant has got less thrust and is the predecessor of the 5B1. Today, it’s extremely rare since only the first a320s and prototypes had these engines. British airways doesn’t fly these anymore, especially not with the modern sharklets as it’s the case in aerofly.
So in conclusion, they only operate IAE A320;)
