Idea for the purchases

Hello y'all

I had an idea with the actual system of licensing for Aerofly. Between Android and iOS, there's no way to sync the user progress and purchases. Then why not creating a system where users have their own Aerofly account, with a license key, that is available both on iOS and on Android? People would be able to save their purchases and have everything synced. As for the financing, IPACS could set up a payment portal online so they won't have to deal with Apple and Google Play fees.

It was just a proposition, tell me your thoughts.

I don't think so. Actually the commissions App Store and Play Store are around 30% per sale (+ applicable taxes and bank fees) and I doubt all the users have both an iPhone/iPad and an Android device.

I've thought about this too. If i remember correctly, I think they said there was an issue with this method though, but i don't remember what exactly it was

The amount of work to set up a new online payment system is just too big. This is a very complex thing and might take years to develop. Besides, both Apple and Google may enforce using their respective payment systems regardless, otherwise the app may not be allowed on their stores.
