Flight plan issues

I sometimes have this bug:

and the same for the TOD it was at 1000NM on my DUBAI-JFK flight on the A380

I got rid of the two loops by adding a waypoint.

I still have the TOD problem about 1000nm from the destination. I had it on my DXB-JFK and a CDG-SANTIAGO flight on a 777.

And for the waypoints, I hope IPACS will do something about it
