I’m not sure if anything has been posted about this(I didn’t see anything when I checked) anyone else notice when you fly the A350 without putting in a route the plane goes to Manual cabin pressure and can’t change it back auto? I’m not sure if I might be doing something wrong or it is meant to do that.

Yes, that is the real world behavior. Without a destination airport the pressurization system doesn't know how to pressurize the cabin and manual control is needed. This also happens on the A320, A380, B737, B747, B777 and 787 by the way... the A350 is just better at bringing this to the pilot's attention. Most of these aircraft have a LDG ELEV setting but the A350 and A380 don't have this unfortunately.
