When descending in the A350, if I press the altitude knob, the rate of descent is too high and I'm about to overshoot. Is this a feature of the game?

I'm not sure why this issue is currently happening, I didn't change much in the autopilot but suddenly it's no longer behaving as it should. I don't see it happening on all routes either.

Can you please post a screenshot of your route in the navigation menu?

    Regards,

    Jan

The V/S selection does not correspond with the actual rate of descent? Why?

Kind regards, good day, and bon vol!

The vertical speed of the display isn't what the autopilot is using. It was an easy fix on my side, should be included in an update at some point.

The A380 was faulty as well.

Already mentioned. Managed descent is very erratic when there are altitude constraints in the STAR. It drops the nose to -4-5k quickly and then levels off abruptly so it’s not a realistic experience

Yes, the same thing happens to me with all Airbus, the managed descent is fatal, the plane goes down to 5k or 6k fpm

Not all for me, I’ve found the a350 more erratic than other airbuses. I’ve found the solution is just to start my initial descent early with managed mode then use VS mode when I get to constraints in the STAR, using the vertical profile display for assistance.

Do we have any update? I still have this issue, the plane doesn’t follow the vertical flight plan both on managed climb or descent. It happens with all Airbus planes in every route.

    Thanks.

I haven't played the game since I noticed the engine sounds and callouts weren't realistic, so I don't know the latest information.

Which operating system does this error occur on? Because the standard Android version I hadn't noticed that yet. Can you post a complete flight plan showing where the errors occurred?

I am on the iOS version, but I believe this happens even on PC version. I watched some YouTube videos and no a350 follows the vertical flight plan during (managed) climb and descent shown on the vertical profile display. You can see the photos posted by Xerofang, it’s the same issue.
