Praise be to Android, I am my own boss 😜

What device do you have? Android or Apple? I used to own an android and I would go into settings and go to that game and clear the cache. But I switched to Apple. I am not sure. IPACS Support .They might know.

On Apple iOS devices you can't do this. Cache size on Aerofly FS for iOS is around 2-4 GB of data. It should not exceed that value. You should ensure you have always this amount of free storage available.

Yes, I was talking about that. It shouldn't exceed 4 GB at most. Can you exit Aerofly FS, restart your phone and start Aerofly FS again, it should clear the cache.

Does a hard shut-down (for a no home button iPad, vol up, vol down, off button held until black screen and the first sign of restart) do a cache clear with any other benefits? is it worthwhile?

The cache clear is done by Aerofly FS on a fresh program start. It doesn't matter what iOS device you use. But you must exit Aerofly FS ( swipe out of active apps ) and restart device. Then the Cache should be cleared to the maximum mentioned before.

To reset your iOS device, press the volume up button and then the volume down button simultaneously. While holding both buttons down, press and hold the sleep button until the option to swipe to turn off appears. Continue holding both buttons down while tapping the cancel button on the screen. While holding both buttons down, enter your four-digit passcode. Once your home screen appears, release both buttons. This action clears the cache for most of the device. After completing the reset, perform a soft reset. News flash android fan boys. Apple dev here and there have always been ways to clear the cache.
