• I honestly just want to say, please don’t change whatever you did to the game’s performance. I now have proper building rendering distance back, and my game runs great on the M1 Pro. Before, I was using max graphics and would get a nearly constant 60 FPS except in big cities, where it would drop to 40–30 FPS, which made my iPad heat up quite a bit, so I had to use a cooler.

After the last beta update, I reduced my graphics settings from Ultra to High and set the pixel density to 90. Now, I’ve flown everywhere to places like New York, London, and Frankfurt using the A350 specifically, since I find it the most performance demanding, both day and night. I’ve never dropped below 60 FPS, not once, and my iPad barely gets warm.

The only difference I’ve noticed from reducing the pixel density is a slight blur in the overall image it’s not as sharp, but you’d have to look really closely to notice it.

Please don’t change whatever you did. My game has never run this great.:D

You could probably run ultra settings if you limit the FPS. I have a weaker iPad and it runs smooth with those settings.

Personally there’s minimal difference between 60 and 30 FPS and I’m satisfied with 30.

But yes, the latest beta generally fixed the major issues relating to render distance.
