Dear IPACS,
Do you have any suggestions or solutions to fix this strange FPS drop behavior around the LSGG and LSZH zones?
This only affects these two models, the A350 and A380. THANKS !

Tomfa If you do use 3rd party content or user created scenery objects, we pretty much can't do anything besides recommending to disable one object after the other until it performs ok again.
We have no control over the objects therefor if for example a collision object of a POI stretches over many kilometers, it will impact performs a lot.
OK, thanks! However how do you explain that this has no impact with all the other planes, A320, 737, 777, 747 and others...?

I think the a350/a380 have the new ANF system, too many airports in a small area means need more rendering, it will resulting in a sharp drop in fps.
Thanks, I thought something like that could have an impact on the rest.
And certainly IPACS will be able to confirm this.

This theory sounds interesting and would explain my fps drop in the A350 in certain airports. Anyway I haven’t use the A350 since it was launch when I tried it, and saw this issue, I will have to do the tests again. Now I am flying gliders only

Many of these airfields I probably created. Therefore, I would find it good to know which airfields are causing the disturbances - and if possible even to remedy them.

As I mentioned before, by disabling all POIs and airfields, it works without any problems.
So if you start by adding only the HUG hospital in Geneva, e00612n4619_geneve_hospital_hug , the problem already starts at LSGG, so good luck for the future...
ApfelFlieger should take them over one by one, along with all the airfields. Is all this time really worth it? Personally, I don't think so.
I would understand if this problem persisted with other aircraft, but it doesn't.
Perhaps in the future, IPACS will directly face this same problem in other countries due to incompatibility of their own POIs, and in that case, a solution will need to be found for l'A350 et l'A380

Thanks, if I do something wrong like incorrect decent procedure just comment what I did wrong and the time stamp.

Before I think about revising everything, I'm interested in what the cause really is and whether the problem is more in the area of AIRPORTS or/and in the area of POI?
With me, FPSzwar also drops, but only from approx. 40 FPS to 30 FPS.

Please test this version of LSHU, where all data is contained in the AIRPORTS directory:
Thanks, it seems to work with 124 FPS when approaching LSGG, only the hospital building is not visible, but the helipad placement is present.

I also took a look at it, the FPS rate drops from 120 to approx. 50 on my PC.
In my opinion, the POIs have no negative impact and it's also not caused by the individual airport files included.
Rather, it seems to be related to the volume of activated airports, maybe espacially the number of non-ICAO airports included in the scenery.
When disabling the largest directory “heliports_hospital\” with approx. 120 airport files by using two underscores, there is only a small drop of FPS remaining for me.
And yes, the problem only occurs with the a350 and a380, I don't have this issue with the a320, for example.
I think the a350/a380 have the new ANF system, too many airports in a small area means need more rendering, it will resulting in a sharp drop in fps.
So, I complety agree with the conclusions of YOLO.af. The less activated airports, the better the FPS rate.
It may also be the non-ICAO airports that cause problems with the new ANF system.
