In Aerofly FS you can simple enable the option and most likely it will work out of the box.

Did some online sleuthing and found tips on how to eliminate stutters with OpenGL. Runing smooth now, no need for Vulkan and no need to set Nvidia control panel to defaults. Thank God for Google.

Hard to know what the original topic was!
In 4K try turning off advanced Aerofly anti-aliasing (or similar) in the Vulkan option. My Nvidia settings are better.
