VOR approach

I attempted a VOR approach into NZAA in the 777 today:

1. The ILS was automatically tuned, and I couldn’t deselect it.

2. There doesn’t seem to be a VNAV approach logic: on final approach it attempted to dive down and level off rather than continuously descend, which funny enough was the old way of doing it.

I was rather surprised by this, as I did the same in the 737 into PSP everything worked pretty perfectly (apart from the incorrect VNAV ALT capture of the platform altitude).

To clarify: VNAV PTH was supposed to guide the plane down on the computed glide path, similar to FINAL APP in the Airbus.
