Boeing 737 Max 9 Missing Part

  • Dear IPACS developers, ive noticed that the Boeing 737 Max 9 doesnt have the HUD in the captain seat, furthermore, i reasearched if the B737 M9 has the HUD in the Captain Seat and, after some research, ive concluded that the Max 9 does indeed have the HUD in the Captains part of the cockpit.

I hope that if you see this thread you may fix this error

    Thank You

  • If a HUD is needed, just make one. It’s not a bad thing, even if it doesn’t exist in reality. We’ve already done things that don’t strictly follow reality. Besides, some features, even if they exist in reality, might be considered unnecessary by developers and thus not implemented.

For example, in reality, the A350’s OIS can display both the captain’s and first officer’s FMS pages. This is the actual situation, but developers thought one page was redundant and chose to remove it, so our OIS content display ended up like this. The second image shows ini’s approach.

So, this seems to contradict the expectation of fully replicating reality. Therefore, seriously consider whether we need to strictly adhere to reality.

So, first, thank you for answering my doubt but i dont know exactly how to model a HUD, i dont have any modelling experience and i would really like having a HUD in the 737 M9
