Hello, I bought a new device (A36) with snapdragon 6 gen 3 and I'm able to run it on ultra with an incredible 30/40 fps, but I'm suffering from some problems, such as the sound of the engines being cut off and having to click twice for the simulator's features to work (cockpit interaction and interface), another friend with a Snapdragon 6 gen 3 cell phone goes through this, would it be possible to fix this?

You could start with using OpenGL and turning every possible setting down to its lowest, pick simple weather, scenery and plane at mid day with no route or nav aids in use. Just see what the most favourable interaction between the phone and sim is. I doubt if you will see much difference.
I found the beta (and published version) interface bad with the R-22 helicopter using an iPad pro M1. I reported it in the mobile section of the forum with video of wildly twitching anti-torque pedals and received no acknowledgement. It was confirmed by another user. I’m currently using beta so of course I fully expect an imperfect sim.
We customers might need to wait for some future major sim upgrade.

Do you have a protective screen glass layer? In the device's settings you can probably switch to high sensitivity touch input to compensate for this.

I don't use it, and I've already tried to solve the problem and I couldn't, this only happens on Aerofly, I play other games and it works normally, only on Aerofly there is this problem with the touch.
