Hi ipacks, could you add the ability to modify the destination airport and arrivals once the plane has already taken off?

You can modify the destination airport by selecting an alternate airport, similar to how it's done in the real aircraft.
Go the flight plan page, use the left line select key to select the current position or first waypoint. Then on the lateral revision page you can enter an ICAO code for ALTN.

Do I have the chance to select and head towards the next waypoint or any other waypoint I want in mcdu?

U can hand fly it and refer to ur nav system/map or u can set ur auto pilot but manually managed

As far as I know, when the aircraft likes the waypoint we want via the MCDU, it turns its nose to the waypoint we selected with the autopilot system.

"DIR TO" doesn't work. This should work.

Not really turn it’s nose it is changing direction as if there is wind you will start to slip.
