Those are the runway turn off lights.
The nosewheel light / aka taxi light isn’t working. Or maybe it’s the other way around. -
The nose taxi lights are only on NG version. Max have them on wings. On nose landing gear are no lights.
Here is photo of real Max taxiing, you Can see only wing taxi lights, no nose taxi lights because it doesn't have any.

I saw on Google that the B/Max actually has a nose wheel taxi light, but it doesn't work on Aerofly.
But it works on the 737-900NG
-
Here is another proof. It is Max 8 but it is same to Max 9

I don’t see the logic behind that. Why is it different to every other airliner which has nose wheel lights
-
It was made for easier maintenance and simplifying the aircraft's structure

I study aircraft maintenance engineering and this design is really good for us, as there is less work to do when you need to check the cables and the plane doesn't need to stay on ground for another hour or so. The plane which stays on ground, doesn't generate profit 😉.

So why don’t other aircraft have the same?

I´ll try to explain. The 737 MAX nose landing gear is physically different from the NG version. To accommodate larger, higher bypass engines (LEAP-1B), Boeing needed to raise the nose of the MAX slightly. So they lengthened the nose landing gear by about 8 inches. This required a redesign of the strut and gear bay. As a result, the new gear doesn´t have taxi lights anymore. Other planes didn´t need that change, so that´s why they have taxi lights on nose landing gear and MAX doesn´t.
