GE90 Engine Sound Suggestion for 777

  • I really enjoy using Aerofly FS and appreciate the work you’ve done, especially on the Boeing 777-300ER and 777F.

However, I noticed that the engine startup sound doesn’t match the real GE90 engines, which have a very iconic spool-up. It would be amazing if you could add more realistic GE90 startup sounds.

You can add your own sounds and tweak existing sounds, including engine startup. I have modified the A319, 321, A350 wind, spool up sounds, high pitch buzz saw, ground roll, even the pack flow sounds. Tutorials on how to convert sounds are posted on this forum

Would it be possible to use tsb files from other aircraft in the sim?

I renamed the touchdown soundfile names on the 738 in parameters.tmd to match those of the a350's touchdown sounds, but it's not loading int the game.

(I already imported the a350 sound files to the 737 folder)

On mobile it's not possible to modify game files but on desktop you can easily copy TSB files to another aircraft and make changes to the TMD to support these new files. In the end that's what I do all day, adding new sounds as needed, modifying the tmd, etc.
