Anyone mind explaining to me how to fix this cockpit warning in the A350 when taking off?

Move the thrust levers to 100% i.e. the TOGA position like the ECAM says.
If you want to fly the takeoff with FLEX thrust then you need to insert a flexible takeoff temperature (FLX TEMP) before the takeoff.
