Graphics Settings & Night lights

Is it possible to increase graphics settings beyond the maximum within the sim? I have everything maxed out, yet at some big cities, I can see the night lights loading in the distance. FPS and performance are not an issue in VR on my rig, so I have lots of overhead with the 5080 gpu. I am hoping I can tweak something in one of the config files. It is quite immersion-breaking seeing only half of London lit up until I get close.

Hopefully, we can tweak something in a config file. It looks like they have limited draw distance for lower-end systems.
