Hey, I am in A319 and out of nowhere I am getting BARO DISAGREE message, but both devices show QNH 1030 as well as the small baro. What can be wrong? I there a forth one?

Please check that all three baro altimeters are set to the same reference: pilot, first officer and the standby altimerer.
It's similar in the A319, A320, A321 as in the A350/A380:

Every airport in FS4 is 1013.

As I stated in the OP, all the three were set equally. I am unable to reproduce now, not sure how I got there but looked like a bug. Anyways, thanks.
