Computational fluid dynamics still require a supercomputer to run and it is not possible to simulated that in real time on a simple laptop with that.
Each wing in Aerofly consists of multiple stations which define the geometric shape of the wing and relative angles like station incidence, dihedral, etc. based on connected trapezoid shapes. This could be described as a panel method. The airfoil behavior is based on a parameterized model is and computed in real time based on on the local angle of attack at each of the wing stations, which in turn creates the lift distribution and local downwash.

Wow, thats nice, never seen it like that. Which program allows you to see Aerofly models like that? I changed the aerodynamic shape of an aircraft and would also like to see visually how the yellow lines look in my case. Thanks
