Have you adjusted the cockpit lighting levels and have you the new ‘Brighten night colours’? -

It looks like the reflection map is just outdated and shows the runway stripes.
Due to performance limitations we cannot render the reflected surroundings ever frame, so you may be stuck with an old reflection for several minutes.
Changing the time of day or camera view might change the reflection though.

Could this be the reason for this red snow?
Those are probably camera artifacts from when the aerial images were recorded. E.g. depending on the angle of the sun, camera position and surface angle there might be some reflection coming from the snow that overexposes the sensor.
