I think the IPACS team is test to different phone models at the moment or PC since they evolve in parallel.
-
It looks like Global scenery does not stream (Enabled no data) in part of textures at least. Official Add-ons for US and Europe also do not connect to the game even if they are installed (PC, Steam, VPN does not help).
Trying to create a new C:\Users\...\Documents\Aerofly FS 4 I see that C:...\Aerofly FS 4\sd contains only empty folders.
-
That's odd, everything loads normally for me with Global Scenery enabled.
Try going back to your FS4 settings in Steam, then to Installed Files, and "Verify that the game files are installed correctly."
-
Done many times checking files, installing/uninstalling, trying 3 beta channels, non-beta
-
What if you disable your VPN?
-
No positive reaction on enabling/disabling VPN
One more tm.log with my old "sd" subfolder - last time files there were updated on 11 Nov 25
-
Indeed quite a few errors in your database?
Or perhaps it's a problem with insufficient memory?
If I take your complaint from the previous message, regarding KPSF for example, everything loads correctly, certainly with a basic L12 resolution. Of course, not all states have a high resolution.
Otherwise, I don't see where your problem could be coming from?
-
IPACS would certainly be able to answer you

Thank you, Pascal. I have no idea what is going on. Everything was just fine 3-2 weeks ago. My system is old, but still on the level for this game. It is not only Global textures are missing, the Sim does not pick up Addon Sceneries USA High resolution and Europe 1 and 2. But picks up planes:) My ISP does not block anything, so I only have to hope on IPACS. For me it looks like something is blocking access to Aerofly folders in Documents, may be I am wrong.

Do you have any anti virus software running or any cloud service like OneDrive active?
-
OneDrive is uninstalled, antivirus... the standard MS one, all the Aerofly folders are excluded.

Are any files in the user documents Aerofly FS 4 folder new (same date as the last program launch) or are they old?
Please try renaming the folder Aerofly FS 4 in the user documents to something else (to keep as backup). Is Aerofly able to create a new folder with default settings?
-
Some of the files are new, like achievements.mcf, some folders are empty like Presets, resource_files. tm.log is new, tm.vk.plc.dat is old - 15 Nov 25
In the "sd" folder - files.tfr is a new one, but in the "sd/scenery" subfolders the newest file is dated 10.11.25.
If I rename the folder Aerofly FS 4 in the user documents Aerofly is able to create a new Aerofly FS 4 folder with its subfolder, but all the subfolders are empty (but if I make a screenshot, the Screnshot folder populates with screenshots). And if I enable the Global Scenery the Game goes to loading screen forever. And if I interrupt the game it will not start again until I delete the new Aerofly FS 4 folder.

Okay, thank you for testing. I think writing permissions should not be an issue then. To restore your previous settings just delete the newly created folder (mostly empty) and rename the backup folder to the original name.
What you can then try is deleting the sd folder and rename your scenery folder to something else (unless it's empty anyway).
If that doesn't work it might be an issue with the Windows Firewall settings. I'd try if removing all firewall settings related to Aerofly FS and then during the next launch of Aerofly FS make sure to allow Internet access when the firewall prompt pops up.
-
Manipulations with sd folder did not help. Manipulations with Windows Firewall did not help as well.
Interesting that Firewall prompt does not pop up for Aerofly, it pops up only for Steam.
Also installing the official scenery addons makes no effect at the places it must.

Thank you for testing.
Ok, can you please go to the Global Scenery menu and turn off the global scenery, then exit the simulator. Then launch it again, select global scenery menu again, turn it back on. If it hangs or crashes kill the application with the task manager and then send us the tm.log file from inside the Aerofly FS 4 folder (e.g. attaching it as a *.txt file here in the forum) after turning the global scenery on or after the crash. The log file may contain clues why it's not working. Thanks.
-
Firs time it did not crash or hanged but loaded with Global Scenery "enabled no data". On the second time after this it did not load and hanged.
I attach the tm. file here

One more test with my old Aerofly FS4 folder
