Tell us more about your setup and how you plan to connect it to try to help. Is your pc VR capable?

In my case, I connect with the Virtual Desktop app for the Quest. You buy the app for the Quest and download a free app for the PC. It seems to be as fast or faster than the Quest cable connection. I also have a dedcated 6e router used to connect to the Quest over wifi (a cable from my main router is plugged into the 6e router WAN port, and then another cable goes from the 6e router LAN port back to the PC). A 6e router is needed for the faster wifi speed back to the Quest, and it's dedicated only to the Quest, so no other devices are attached.

Once you run the Virtual Desktop PC app, your desktop screen appears in your Quest headset. Open Aerofly, select the VR version, and the menu opens in VR.

Exactly the same I do, it works well.
